Update on Asbestos /heating

The Asbestos under the church floor is more extensive than at first thought. In order to remove this, the church will have to close for two weeks commencing Mon 14th October reopening Fri afternoon 25th October, This will cost an extra £27384.00 ( inc VAT of £4564.00 which we will be able to claim back). The weekday Masses have been moved to our other two churches. The Sun 10:30 am & 6 pm Masses on 20th October will be held in Banklands Hall. When reading Mass Intentions please take careful note in which church the Mass will be said. This will delay completion of the heating system, we are hoping to have use of industrial portable heaters
